Nahovy Morales Del-Valle (b. 2004, Milwaukee, Wisconsin) is a Puerto Rican American photographer and artist based in Milwaukee whose photography and multidisciplinary artistic practices connect the bridges between art, philosophy, and history. She is a current standing Junior pursuing a BFA at the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design. Nahovy discovered her passion for photography after winning an Honorable Mention award for ‘Idealistic View’ (2019) with the Villa Terrace during her time at the Milwaukee High School of the Arts and there she realized the potential photography had in embracing her characteristics as an artist.
Serving as a spectator with efforts of documentation her philosophy is to observe, preserve, and remember.
